Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

• When you write to us: your name, contact details and what you tell us.
• When you create an account: name, email, business name and billing details.
• Site usage: aggregated visit statistics, with no tracking cookies.
• Sales-channel data (Mercado Libre integration): encrypted connection credentials, catalog, stock and, for each order, only its id, SKU, quantity and date. We do not store your buyers’ names, addresses or emails.

How we use it

To answer you, provide and bill the service, improve the products with aggregated statistics, and send news only with your consent. We never sell your data.

Sharing

Only with providers we need to operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processing such as Mercado Pago or PayPal), under confidentiality agreements.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data at [email protected]. You may also contact Uruguay’s data protection authority (URCDP).
