Terms and conditions

- Who we are. These terms govern the products and services of Tamandua ([EDIT: legal name]), Montevideo, Uruguay. Creating an account or hiring a service means you accept them.
- Subscriptions. Some products include a free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in the currency shown on the pricing page, plus applicable taxes. Cancel anytime; service stays active until the end of the paid period. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
- Acceptable use. No illegal activity, unsolicited bulk messaging or attempts to access other companies’ data.
- Third-party services. Products connect to third parties (Mercado Libre, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, WooCommerce, Shopify and others) through their official APIs with your authorization. Their terms and fees apply to you.
- Your data. The data you load is yours and you can export it while your account is active.
- Liability. We work for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
- Custom work. Governed by the signed proposal for each project.
- Law. Uruguayan law; courts of Montevideo.
